NO CONTRACT required!

Typically DSL providers require the customer to commit to a long-term contract to give the customer the promoted pricing. If the customer cancels their subscription before the expiration of the contract, considerable fees can be owed to the provider. Charter does not require a contract to be signed to receive their high-speed Internet service.
